| 摘 要： | HBV可感染外周血单个核细胞并在细胞内复制。HBV感染外周血单个核细胞与隐性HBV感染有关 ;与围产期母婴传播相关 ;影响机体体液免疫及细胞免疫状态 ,使HBV持续感染 ;也与病情的轻重及反复有关。

| Abstract: | Peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC),including lymphocyte and monocyte,is a group of leukocytes that have monomorphous nuclei and exert important immune function in the body. HBV can infect PBMC and replicate itself in cell. This infected PBMC by HBV is associated with occult infection and perinatal mother to infant transmission of HBV, and could influence the status of humoral and cellular immunity resulting in persistent HBV infection,or more severe or recurrent infection. |
