| 摘 要： | 维生素E作为一种脂溶性抗氧化剂与糖尿病之间存在着密不可分的关系。维生素E通过其抗氧化作用,改善糖尿病机体的氧化应激水平。维生素E在改善脂质过氧化,抑制晚期糖基化终末产物的生成,保护DNA免受氧化损伤等方面的作用显著。关于维生素E对糖尿患者心血管、微血管并发症方面的作用还需要进一步的探索和研究。 |

| Abstract: | The role of vitamin E as the body′s primary lipid-soluble antioxidant makes it a good candidate for investigation of effects against diabetes mellitus.Vitamin E is shown to improve the oxidative stress level of diabetes through its antioxidant activity.The most compelling evidence for an effect of vitamin E in diabetes is on protection against lipid peroxidation,AGEs and DNA oxidation.More studies are required to make denitive conclusions about the effect of vitamin E treatment on diabetes complications of cardiovascular and microvascular diseases. |
