| 摘 要： | 糖尿病听力损害是糖尿病常见的并发症之一,发生率逐年升高。其发病相关因素主要有遗传因素、代谢紊乱以及自身免疫因素等。糖尿病听力损害的病因至今尚不清楚,目前认为由高糖引起的血管及神经病变是糖尿病听力损害发病机制的重要环节。糖尿病视网膜病变可加重微血管病变的恶化,影响患者听力水平,但对糖尿病听力损害的发生、发展机制还有待于进一步研究,现结合国内外文献对糖尿病听力损害的发病机制予以综述。

| Abstract: | Hearing loss is a common complication of diabetes and its incidence shows a continuously increasing trend in recent years.The correlation factors include genetic factors,metabolic disorder,immune and so on.The cause of hearing loss indiabetes remains unknown until now whilst vascular and neuropathy caused by high glucose is thought to be the major contributing factor of it.Retinopathy of diabetes may aggravate the deterioration of micro-vascular disease,affecting the level of patients with hearing.But the role of retinopathy in the occurrence and development of hearing loss in diabetes remains yet to be investigated.Here is to make a review on the research progress in the pathogenesis of hearing loss in diabetes at home and abroad. |
