| 摘 要： | 目的 观察龟莲汤治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床疗效.方法 将确诊为更年期综合征的患者84例以龟莲汤治疗3个月,治疗前后观察临床症状、性激素的水平的变化.结果 龟莲汤能有效的升高患者E2水平,降低FSH、LH水平,与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P＜0.05）;在症状改善方面与治疗前相比亦有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）.结论 龟莲汤治疗更年期综合征疗效显著,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of treatment menopausal syndrome of liver kidney ykt defidency by Guilien Decoction. Methods The 84 pa- tients with menopausal syndrome were treatmented with Guilian Decoction for three months,to observe the difference of symptoms and the Sex hor- mones, limults Guilian Decoction can significantly improve the level of E2 and reduce the level of FSH. LH,whieh have significantly difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the symptoms were more significantly difference than before（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Guilian Decoction can significantly improve general efficacy for menopausal syndrome and worthy recommending. |
