| 摘 要： | ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死的再灌注治疗已经广泛开展,包括静脉溶栓和经皮腔内冠脉介入(PCI)两种方法,后者在一定程度上优于前者,并且易化PCI有可能成为未来的最佳再灌注治疗策略。目前,由于研究发现再灌注治疗时心肌微循环障碍的存在,导致左心功能下降,影响再灌注的收益,因此,改善微循环治疗成为热点,涵待发展。

| Abstract: | The reperfution treatment of acute myocardial infarction with ST-segment-elevation have been widely developed including two methods of vein thrombolysis and percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),in which the latter is prior to the former and faciliated PCT will be the best reperfusion therapeutic method.Recent researches showed that lowered left heart function resulting from microcirculation disturbance in myocardium could affect the profit of reperfusion,so promoting microcirculation will be the hot spot and need developing. |
