肝癌疼痛的中医外治概况

肝癌疼痛是影响肝癌患者生存质量的主症，目前三级阶梯止痛方案已得到广泛认可，但肝癌疼痛的控制情况尚不满意。中医外治法以其明显的增效减毒之效在肝癌疼痛的治疗上发挥了不可替代的作用，应用前景十分广阔。本文回顾性的分析了中医外治肝癌疼痛的临床研究近况，寻找其在肝癌疼痛治疗方面的优势与问题，旨在为肝癌疼痛的临床治疗以及研究提供借鉴。

Research on Pain Problem of Liver Cancer by Using External Therapy of Traditional Chiese Medicine

Liver cancer pain is the main reason affecting life the patients quality. Recently, the three steps analgesic ladder for cancer pain was widely accepted, however, the therapeutic effect was not enough. External therapy of TCM plays a unique role on relieving liver cancer pain by the way of reinforcing the effect and detoxifcation, this field will have bright future. Our paper representatively analyzed the clinical treatment pattern of hepatic cancer pain by using external therapy, we try to find out the best way to treat the pain problem. More over, we hope this theory can provide the treatment pattern to clinic.
