回肠袋代膀胱术

介绍10例膀胱癌根治性全膀胱切除术后行肠代膀胱术，其中回肠袋代膀胱术6例。回肠袋与前列腺包膜或膜尿道吻合，输尿管与回肠袋行套入式吻合。随访11－54个月，全部病人均可经尿道自控排尿，无明显残余尿，膀胱造影无输尿管返流。9例血尿素氮与术前比较无明显增加，血电解质在正常范围。

Intestinocystoplasty for Bladder Substitution

A modified technique of intestinostoplasty for bladder substitution was performed in 10 patients of blsader cancer after radical cystoctomy. among them there were 6 cases of low presure ileal bladder. An isolated segment of iloum about 40 am in length was opened on its antimesenteric border for making a pouch and its nddpoint was anatomosed to the membranous urethra or to the prostatic apex. The two ureters were implanted to the posterior wall of the pouch. All patients have been followed up for 11 -54 months and could void via the urethra without incontinence. No significant residual urine and reflux occured. Blood urea nitrogen and electrolyes have been detected and compared before and after surgery showing no abnormality in 9 patients.
