| 摘 要： | 在腮腺切除术40例中，顺行法（总干法）解剖显露面神经17例，逆行法（周围支法）解剖显露面神经23例，术后顺行法有1例、逆行法中有8例出现不同程度的暂时性面瘫症状（P ＜0．05），提示顺行法更加安全可靠、快速简便。 |

Clinical study of facial nerve dissection approaches in parotidectomy |

| Abstract: | 40 cases of parotidectomy were reviewed.Anterograde approach(group A)and retrograde approach(group B)for facial nerve dissection were used in 1 7 and 23 cases respectively.1 patients in group A and 8 in group B presented symptoms of temporary facial nerve paralysis(P <0.05).The anterograde method is safer and quicker. |
