兰州地区军队离退休老干部健康状况分析

目的 通过对兰州地区部队离退休老干部的健康状况分析，了解掌握老干部的健康状况，加强对其保健工作的具体指导。方法 对我院2004年度786名老干部体检资料所提供的信息进行分析。结果 受检老干部中无躯体疾病的占18．2％。患病率较高的依次为高血压病42．9％，高血脂38．3％，冠心病35．5％，糖尿病21．2％。结论 老干部是健康的弱势群体，健康是影响他们生活质量的重要因素。加强慢性病的防治、提高部队离退休老干部的生活质量。

Analysis on health states of the veteran cadres of Lanzhou

Objective To evaluate the health states of veteran cadres of Lanzhou, and do some health education.Methods 786 veteran cadres were studied with the physical examination. Results The percentage of people without physical disease was 18.2%. People who had two or more than two diseases occupied 68.3% in all subjects. Major diseases hypertension 42.9%, hyperlipidemia 38.3%, coronary heart disease 35.5%, diabetes mellitus 21.2%.Conclusion Prevention and treatment of chronic disease and health education of the veteran cadres are necessary.
