静脉输液过程中的护理缺陷分析及对策

目的调查静脉输液过程中的护理缺陷问题,分析缺陷原因,提出对策,保证用药准确性和安全性。方法对360份危重病人输液卡进行检查分析,设计缺陷内容分类,其缺陷内容分为滴速过快(过慢)、签名不符合要求等10类。结果查出缺陷记录116份,占32.2%,缺陷问题合计833处。结论保证病人用药准确及用药安全,与护士素质及其法律意识、输液管理流程关系密切。

Analysis of nursing defects and countermeasures in intravenous infusion

Objectives To investigate the nursing defects in intravenous infusion,analyze the reasons and propose countermeasures,in order to ensure the accuracy and safety of intravenous medications.Methods We examined and analyzed 360 intravenous cards for serious patients,and classified the defects into 10 categories,such as the drip was too fast or too slow drip,illegal signature,and so on.Results As a result,116 cases had some defects in nursing records which contributed to 32.2%,and the total number of defects was 833.Conclusion Ensuring the accuracy and safety of intravenous medications was closely related to the nurses' quality,sense of law and the intravenous management procedure.Author's address:Nursing Department,Taishan Chinese Traditional Medical Sciences Hospital,Taishan 529200,China
