| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对二叶式主动脉瓣的诊断价值。方法采用Acuson Sequoia 512、HP5500彩色超声诊断仪对19例先天性二叶式主动脉瓣进行分析。主动脉短轴切面中重点观察主动脉瓣瓣膜情况，多普勒超声观察主动脉瓣口的血流情况。结果二维超声可清楚地显示主动脉瓣的数目、形态及有无合并其他畸形，频谱多普勒可明确显示瓣膜的功能。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断二叶式主动脉瓣的最有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of congenital bicuspid aortic valve deformity(BAVD)with color echocardiography.Methods A total of 19 cases with congenital BAVD were analysed using Acuson Sequoia 512 and HP 5500 ultrasound scanners.The aortic valves were detected with 2-D ultrasound,and the function of aortic valve was detected with spectral Doppler.Results The number,shape of the aortic valve and other deformities could be demonstrated clearly,and the function of aortic valves could be evaluated on sonography.Conclusions Color Dppoler echocardiography is the most effective technique in diagnosing BAVD. |
