经皮导管取骨植骨治疗骨折迟缓愈合的临床研究

为观察经皮导管取骨植骨治疗骨折迟缓愈合的疗效,以手术切开传统植骨术为对照,将60例患者随机分为两组,分别观察两组患者压痛、叩击痛消失的时间,X线评分,随访骨性愈合例数等,进行疗效比较。结果治疗组各部位压痛、叩击痛消失的时间短于对照组,X线评分率高于对照组,治疗组治愈率为73．3％,有效率为93.3％;对照组治愈率为53．3％,有效率为80％,治疗组平均随访1年8月左右,骨性愈合率为76．6％。表明经皮导管取骨植是治疗分析迟缓愈合的一种操作简便、损伤小、安全可靠、疗效高的方法。

A CLINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF FRACTURE DELAYED UNION BY TAKING AND GRAFTING BONE THROUGH PERCUTANEOUS CATHETER

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of taking and grafting bone through percutaneous catheter (TGBPC) on fracture delayed union (FDU),60 cases of FDU were randomly divided into the treated and control groups,which were treated by TGBPC and by the traditional open grafting bone,respectively,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared by observing the time of the disappearance of tenderness and percussion pain,the X-ray scores and the number of bony healing cases and so on,respectively. The results showed that the treated group had shorter time of the disappearance of tenderness and percussion pain and higher X-ray scores than the control; the curative and effective rates of the treated were 73.3 % and 93.3,respectively; while those of the control were 53.3 % and 80 %,respectively; the bony healing rate of the treated was 76.6 % through the follow-up averaged 20 month,indicating that TGBPC is a simple,safe,reliable and with-little-injury therapy for FDU.
