甲钴胺治疗肘管综合征

目的 :观察甲钴胺治疗肘管综合征的效果。方法 :64例肘管综合征病人分为甲钴胺组和维生素B1组 ,2组病人均进行常规尺神经松解及皮下前置。甲钴胺组 :男性 2 2例 ,女性 9例 ,年龄 4 7a±s 11a ,病程 10mo± 7mo ,术后肌内注射甲钴胺 50 0 μg·次 - 1,qd ,1mo后改用甲钴胺 50 0 μg·次 - 1,po ,tid× 5mo ;维生素B1组 :男性 2 2例 ,女性 11例 ,年龄4 6a± 13a ,病程 11mo± 7mo ,术后给于维生素B150mg·次 - 1,po ,tid× 6mo。术后 6mo随访 ,常规进行肌电图检测和临床检查。结果 :2组相比 ,甲钴胺组明显改善术后症状 ,疗效优于维生素B1组 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :甲钴胺对肘管综合征具有一定的术后促进恢复作用

Mecobalamin in treating cubital tunnel syndrome

AIM: To observe the effect of in mecobalamin in treating cubital tunnel syndrome. METHODS: Sixtyfour patients with cubital tunnel syndrome were divided into 2 groups. Thirtyone patients received mecobalamin 500 μg, im, qd for 1 mo, then 500 μg,po, tid for 5 mo. Another thirtythree patients received vitamin B 1 50 mg, po, tid for 6 mo. Both groups had been performed routine neurolysis of the ulnar nerve and its subcutaneous anterior transposition. All patients were folowed up 6 mo using EMG and clinical examination. RESULTS: The treatment outcome of mecobalamin group was better than the vitamin B 1 group (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: Mecobalamin can promot the postoperative recovery of cubital tunnel syndrome.
