“文化全球化”是经济全球化的伴生现象 ,是当今世界上一股一厢情愿的文化思潮。文化全球化 ,应是文化信息、文化价值观、文化模式跨地区、跨国界、跨洲际的全球化的传播、冲撞、交融和共存的过程。文化全球化是一柄双刃剑 ,我们必须正视全球化背景下中国文化发展的负面现象 ,坚持中国先进文化方向 ,采取积极措施 ,把捍卫本土优良文化、坚持文化多样性 ,提高到确保国家文化安全和社会长治久安的高度。

Cultural Globalization and the Security of China' s Culture

As an associated phenomenon of economic globalization, cultural globalization is the one-sided wishful trend of thought in today's world. Cultural globalization is transmitting, colliding, fusing and coexisting process of cultural information, values, patterns between areas, nations, or continents. We must face up to the negative effects to the development of China's culture under this globalization background, which is like a double-edged blade. We must adhere to the orientation of China's advanced culture and take active efforts to protect the excellent part of native culture and maintain the cultural diversity, which should be regarded as important as the means to ensure the security of China's culture and even the whole society.
