摘    要:经体外培养和动物接种观察,原头节发育成囊主要由原头节本身以不同方式囊化,逐渐发育形成角皮层和生发层囊壁。角皮层可在生发层形成前出现。邻接不同原头节形成的角皮层可相互融合成多囊型棘球蚴。原头节在培养基或小鼠体内均可产生后囊,但经培养74天接种50天未见后囊形成角度层。后囊壁经HE和AB、PAS染色呈PAS弱阳性,无细胞核。原头节在培养基和小鼠体内发育成囊过程基本一致。

Abstract:Protoscolices of E.g from a variety ot hosts were injected into mice and were cultivated in synthetic media. The protoscolices both in mice and in madia formed posterior bladders which grew to a relatively great size. Those could not directly develop into a cyst enclosed in a laminated envelop, but ultimately appeared to become atrophic, dropped and ruptured in culture and mice. The wall of posterior bladders showed weak PAS positive and no nucleus. Hydatid cyst are developed mainly from protoscolices which become vesiecular, gradually grow in size and finally become encolsed in a laminated envalope.The formation of laminated layer may be finished before that of the germinal layer. Adjacent laminated layer may be fused to form a poly-cystic hydatid. Development of protoscolices into hydatid cyst are similar in vitro or in mice.
