| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腰骨折椎弓根螺钉内固定系统手术的治疗.方法应用短节段C-D椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折15例,比较手术前后椎体高度和神经功能变化.结果术后椎体高度恢复,神经功能按Frankel分级标准,较术前改善二级以上.结论短节段C-D椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折是一种有效方法.

| Abstract: | AIM To conclude the curative effect for pedicle screw in thoraco lumbar fractures.METHODS 15 casres of thoraco lumbar fractures were treated with C D intemal fixations.The altitude of spinal fracture and nerve injuries were compares during treatment.RESULTS The altitude of spinal fractre recovered and the nerve injuries were improved more than two levesls with Frankei'standard.CONCLUSION The intermal fixation of pedicle screw of C D device is an effective treatment of the thoracolumbar fracture and spinal cord injuries. |
