妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压患者血清高敏C反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平的变化

目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病（GDM）合并妊娠高血压（PIH）患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）和同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的变化与相关性.方法 选择2011年1月-2012年12月期间就诊于产科门诊的妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压患者46例为病例组,同期单纯妊娠糖尿病患者46例作为对照组,分析比较两组间hsCRP和Hcy水平.结果 病例组与对照组比较,hsCRP（14.3±2.1）mg/L vs（9.1±3.0）mg/L、Hcy（18.6±3.7）μmol/L vs（11.5±3.6）μmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.多因素分析结果显示,校正影响因素后,hsCRP和Hcy与GDM合并PIH风险相关.结论 hsCRP、Hcy是影响GDM合并PIH的可能因素.

Changes of serum high sensitive CRP and homocysteine levels in gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To study the changes of serum high sensitive C reaction protein （hsCRP） and homocysteine （Hcy） levels in cases with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） and pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH）.Methods 46 patients with GDM＋-PIH and 46 patients with GDM were recruited in our study.The levels of hsCRP,Hcy and other biochemical indicator were compared between two groups.Results The levels of hsCRP（14.3 ± 2.1 mg/L vs 9.1 ± 3.0mg/L）and Hcy（18.6 ± 3.7μmol/L vs 11.5 ± 3.6μmol/L）in GDM ＋ PIH group were higher than those in GDM group,and all differences were significant.The results of logistic showed the hsCRP and Hcy were correlated with the risk of GDM combining PIH.Conclusion The levels of hsCRP and Hcy increased simultaneously in GDM ＋ PIH patients.
