| 摘 要： | 目的:比较人工周期和复合避孕药对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(青春期功血)患者的调经治疗效果,并观察两种方法的安全性.方法:85例青春期功血患者随机分为A、B两组,A组50例采取人工周期调经方法,B组35例采取口服复合避孕药治疗,疗程均为6个周期.统计两组患者的治疗总有效率,并在治疗期间观察两组撤药性岀血时间及不良反应.结...
