| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对肾上腺原发性淋巴瘤的认识.方法：对1例肾上腺原发性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料进行分析,并复习国内外相关文献.结果：该病好发于老年男性,临床表现无特殊,明确诊断依靠病理检查,该病恶性程度高,预后差.结论：肾上腺原发性淋巴瘤非常少见,但在肾上腺肿瘤的诊治中应考虑到它的可能,行病理检查可及早明确诊断. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the recongnization of primary adrenal lymphoma(PAL).Method:The clinical data of one case of PAL was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results:The disease was commonly seen in old men without specific clinical features.The definitive diagnosis of PAL depended on cytology of adrenal tissue and PAL is a high grade malignancy and carries a poor prognosis.Concolusion:PAL is extremely rare.But PAL should be included in the differential diagnosis of adrenal mass and biopsy may be helpful for the diagnosis. |
