| 摘 要： | 目的了解民营医院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的使用及管理情况。方法统计2012年2月至9月麻醉药品和第一类精神药品使用情况,采用世界卫生组织(WHO)建议的限定日剂量和药物利用指数方法,分析药品使用的合理性。结果芬太尼注射液、盐酸吗啡缓释片和磷酸可待因片使用量分别排前3位。结论该院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品使用基本合理,符合有关规定,无滥用倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the usage and management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of category I in the private hospitals. Methods The usage of narcotic drugs and the psychotropic drugs of category I from February to September 2012 were per- formed the statistical analysis. The defined daily dose（DDD） and the drug utilization index method recommended by WHO were adopted to analyze the rational use of drugs. Results The usage of fentanyl injection, morphine hydrochloride sustained- release tablets and codeine phosphate tablets ranked the top 3 places. Conclusion The usage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of Category I is basically rational and conforms with the relative stipulation without abuse tendency. |
