| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨快速诊断试纸条(GICA)法在快速诊断流感病毒感染中的可靠性.方法 应用GICA法和标准免疫荧光法检测呼吸科住院患者鼻咽部分泌物中的流感病毒A、B抗原.结果 GICA法检出流感病毒A、B抗原单一和混合阳性患者21例,26例次,免疫荧光法检出30例次,两种方法检测结果差异无统计学意义.结论 GICA是快速检测流感病毒的简捷的好方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the reliability of GICA in faSt detection for influenza virus(Flu) infection,and the distribution of Flu in respiratory tract in patients.Methods Pharynxnasalis secretions of 200 patients were tested for Flu antigen by GICA and IFA.Results Twenty-one patients were detected with single or mixed positive infection,26 cases(times)by GICA,30 cases(times)by IFA.There was no significant difference between two methods.Conclusions GICA is a good means of fast detection for Flu. |
