我院住院患者抗菌药物使用分析

目的调查与分析住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况及合理性。方法随机抽取医院2008年1月至10月出院患者的病历500份并进行回顾性调查分析，对抗茵药物使用的合理性进行评价。结果500份病历中有383份使用了抗菌药物（76.60％），单用209份（54.57％），二联用药162份（42.30％），三联用药12份（3.13％）；使用频次最多的抗菌药物是含β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的复合制剂，用量最多的药品是头孢哌酮舒巴坦。结论该院住院患者抗菌药物的应用仍存在使用率偏高，用药档次偏高、选药不合理等现象，需进一步加强控制。

Analysis of Rationality on Antimicrobiais Use in our hospital inpatients

Objective To investigate the application status of antimicrobials to inpatients in our hospital and to analyze the rationality of medication. Methods 500 discharged inpatient records in our hospital during January and October 2008 were randomly selected,then classi- fied, analyzed and compared in aspects of kinds, day consumption and the rationality of antimierobials. Results Among 500 inpatients,383 （76.60%） used antimicrobials, 209（54.57% ） were in single-drug therapy, 162（42.30% ） in double-drug therapy, 12（3.13% ） in triple-drug therapy. The most frequently used antibiotic was complex preparation containing 13-lactamase inhibitor, and cefoperazone was most used in amount. Conclusion There are still many problems on the use of antimicrobials in the inpatients of our hospital, such as the higher frequent use,the higher price and the irrational antimicrobials selection. We should further enhance and control the level of rational drug use.
