经颅多普勒超声检查在突发性耳聋中的应用价值

目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)检测在突发性耳聋(突聋)中应用价值。方法对26例突聋患者,应用TCD检测其脑血流动力学改变,并按TCD异常和正常两组进行治疗前后的总有效率比较,同时TCD异常患者治疗前后与26例健康对照组进行血流速度比较。结果26例患者治疗前脑血流异常17例(65.4%),脑血流速度增快明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗后脑血流速度基本恢复正常;17例TCD异常患者中15例(88.2%)治疗有效,显著高于TCD正常组(总有效率55.6%,P<0.01)。结论TCD在突聋的病因诊断方面有重要作用,并可为临床治疗提供依据。

Clinical value of Transcranial Doppler in the deafness sudden

Objective To evaluate the clinical value o f transcranial Doppler(TCD) in the Deafness Sudden. Methods Cerebral blood flow hemodynamic changes in 26 deafness sudden patients were observed with TCD and divided into two groups (normal grou p and abnormal group) according to the examination by TCD.All patients were com pared with therapeutic efficiency before and after treatment.And abnormal group was compared with 26 normal contrals before and after. Results 17 patients (65.4%)of all had a abnormal cerebral blo od flow velocity before treatment and velocity was significantly higher than con trol group (P<0.01),and recovered normal after treatment;15 patients(88.2 %) of abnormal group got good therapeutic result and their total efficiency(55. 6%) was significantly higher than normal group(P<0.01) of TCD.Con clusions TCD may be useful in determining deafness sudden and may provi de treatment basis for clinicians.
