| 摘 要： | 目的:比较离体大鼠心脏缺血再灌后冠脉流出液中心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)与乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)含量变化.方法:采用Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型,平衡灌流20 min后停灌40 min,再灌60 min,检测冠脉流出液的cTnT含量和LDH含量.结果:再灌后,模型组(model) cTnT的值明显升高,5 min时达到高峰,与预适应组(IPC)相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01),以后逐渐下降,在20 min后又有上升的趋势.LDH缺血再灌5 min时,模型组的值明显升高达到高峰,与IPC组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01),随后逐渐下降.结论:在离体动物实验中cTnT与LDH都可作为心肌损伤的检测指标,无显著差异. |
