| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2006年1月～2008年12月,对21例年龄为80～95岁的股骨颈骨折患者行骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换术。结果:所有病人均安全度过手术期,也均得到随访,随访5个月～3年,采用Harris功能评分,本组病例优8例,良10例,可3例,优良率85.7%。结论:高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行人工股骨头置换术治疗是可行的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effects of artificial femoral head replacement for the elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods: From 2006 to 2008,21 elderly patients(aged 80 to 95)with femoral neck fractures received cemented artificial bipolar femoral head arthroplasty. Results: All of the patients went through the operation safely and were followed up in 5 months to 3 years after the procedure.
