四君子汤和右归饮对衰老大鼠学习记忆能力及自由基水平的影响

摘    要:
目的观察比较四君子汤、右归饮对衰老模型大鼠学习记忆能力和脑组织中自由基的影响。方法以D-半乳糖腹腔注射致亚急性衰老动物模型,观察大鼠水迷宫游泳到达出口的时间及错误次数及脑组织中SOD、MDA、NO、NOS等有关自由基指标。结果四君子汤可缩短衰老模型大鼠水迷宫游泳到达出口的时间;右归饮可升高衰老模型大鼠脑组织SOD水平,降低MDA水平,四君子汤可降低衰老模型大鼠脑组织中NO、NOS水平。结论四君子汤可改善D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠空间学习记忆能力,具有增强记忆的功能;右归饮能减轻模型大鼠脑组织自由基对机体的损伤,具有良好的抗自由基作用。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effect of Sijunzi Tang and Yougui Yin on learning-memory ability and free radicals in aging rat model.Methods The aging rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose.The swimming time and error times in water maze test were observed and the free radicals SOD,MDA,NO,NOS in rat brain tissue were measured.Results Sijunzi Tang could shorten the rat swimming time in water maze test.Yougui Yin could increase SOD level and decrease MDA level in brain tissue of model rat,while Sijunzi Tang could decrease NO and NOS level.Conclusion Sijunzi Tang could improve the rat spatial learning and memory ability,and Yougui Yin could relieve the damage of free radical in brain tissue of the aging rat model.
