奥沙拉嗪合成工艺的改进

摘    要:目的:探讨合成奥沙拉嗪的新方法。方法:以水杨酸为原料,以文献报道方法为基础,在超声波作用下合成药物奥沙拉嗪。结果:通过与文献报道路线的对比,可知在超声波作用下合成此药物反应时间由原先的8·0h缩短到4·5h、产率由26·3%提高到31·2%。结论:此法适用于合成药物奥沙拉嗪。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To explore a new technology for synthesizing of olsalazine. METHODS: Olsalazine was synthesized refered to the methods reported from literature with salicylic acid as raw material under the action of ultrasound. RESULTS: As compare with the route reported in literature, by this new method, the drug reaction time was shortened from 8.0 hours to 4.5 hours while the yield increased from 26.3% to 31.2%. CONCLUSION: This new technology can be applied to synthesize olsalazine.
