| Abstract: | Retroperitoneal neurilemoma is an often asymptomatic benign tumor that is usually discovered incidentally. We report a case of retroperitoneal neurilemoma diagnosed via endosonographically guided fine needle aspiration and emphasize the importance of obtaining a definite diagnosis before surgical treatment. |
