| 摘 要： | 光动力疗法是以光、光敏剂和氧的相互作用为基础的一种新的鲜红斑痣治疗手段，通过一系列光化学反应引起真皮浅层血管内皮细胞损伤，而表皮和真皮深层正常组织受影响相对较少。在治疗鲜红斑痣中能够选择性的闭合皮损血管，显示出良好的临床效果，其主要不良反应为皮肤光毒性反应，该反应主要由所使用的光敏剂决定。 |

| Abstract: | Photodynamic therapy(PDT) is a new therapy on port wine stains. The mechanism include the interaction of lights, photosensitizer and the production of oxygen. The vascular endothelial cells in the lesion are damaged by PDT, while the epidermis and the blood vessels in the deep dermis are ignored. PDT selectively closes the target vessels and show a good clinical effect. The main side effect of PDT is the photosensitizing due to the using of photosensitizer. |
