| 摘 要： | 实验观察了两种剂量的罗汉果对大鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能的影响。结果显示，两种剂量的罗汉果均能较显著地提高外周血酸性α－醋酸萘酯酶阳性淋巴细胞的百分率，提示可增强机体的细胞免疫功能；大剂量的罗汉果能提高脾特异性玫瑰花环形成细胞的比率，而小剂量则无此作用；两种剂量的罗汉果对外周血中性白细胞吞噬率均无明显影响。

| Abstract: | The effects of two doses of Monordica grosnenori swingle(MGS) on the specificand non-specific immune functions were studied in rats.The results showed that both doses ofMGS could increase the percentage of ANAE positine lymphocytes significantly;the higherdose of MGS could in crease the munber of specific rosette founation cells of the spleen,but notso with the lowere dose. No significamt effect was found on the phagocytic rate of the peripheralblood neutrophils in both doses of MSG,These results suggest that MGS can strengthen thecellularimmunity of rats and the higher dose of MGS can also stimulate the humoral immunity. |
