Application and Research of Share Decision Making in Emergency Patients With Hypertension

Objective To explore the application and effect of the shared decision-making model of doctors,nurses and patients in emergency hypertension patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,106 hypertensive patients admitted to the emergency department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group implemented traditional emergency hypertension patients'nursing procedures and observed Based on the traditional nursing procedures of the two groups,doctors,nurses and patients shared decision-making interventions,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective blood pressure control time and the average emergency treatment time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The shared decision-making model of doctors,nurses and patients can promote the emotional stability of emergency hypertension patients,participate in rescue decision-making and actively cooperate with treatment,thereby improving the treatment effect.
