| 摘 要： | 针灸治疗支气管哮喘历史悠久,疗效确切,针灸常选的背部腧穴与周围植物神经解剖结构关系密切。针灸治疗支气管哮喘的周围植物神经相关机制主要包括神经功能与结构修复,神经功能修复主要与神经递质-受体数量及功能状态有关,解剖结构修复机制仍处于探索阶段,因此本文对针灸治疗支气管哮喘的周围植物神经修复机制作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Acupuncture has a long history in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and its curative effect is exact.The back acupoints often selected by acupuncture are closely related to the anatomy structure of peripheral autonomic nerves.The related mechanism of peripheral autonomic nerve in treating bronchial asthma by acupuncture mainly includes the repair of nerve function and structure.The repair of nerve function is mainly related to the quantity and function state of neurotransmitter-receptor.The repair mechanism of anatomical structure is still in the exploration stage.Therefore,this paper summarizes the repair mechanism of peripheral autonomic nerve in treating bronchial asthma by acupuncture. |
