Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Tongluo decoction on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Ninety RA patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group based on single and even numbers,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Tongluo decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of BAP,PⅠNP,TNF-α,IL-1β,joint swelling index,joint tenderness index and joint function index of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,BGP level was higher than that before treatment,morning stiffness time was shorter than that before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tongluo decoction in the treatment of RA can obtain good effect,which can improve bone metabolism indexes,reduce clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction.
