基于微信平台的PBL教学在中医皮肤性病学临床实习教学中的应用研究

目的:研究微信平台联合PBL教学模式在中医皮肤性病学临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法:选取我院皮肤科2019年1-12月实习的五年制中医临床本科学生81人,采用随机方法分为三组,观察组、PBL教学组、传统教学组各27人.观察组实行微信平台联合PBL教学模式,PBL教学组实行PBL教学模式,传统教学组实行传统教学模式.通过理论、实践考核以及调查问卷的方式进行教学效果评价.结果:对微信平台联合PBL教学模式理论课程考试成绩、临床实践能力考核以及调查问卷进行综合评价均明显优于对照组.结论:微信平台联合PBL教学模式显著地提高了实习医学生的专业理论知识及对皮肤科常见病的感性认识,更强化了临床思维.

Application of PBL Teaching Based on WeChat Platform in Clinical Practice Teaching of TCM Dermatology

Objective:To study the application effect of We Chat platform combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of TCM dermatology.Methods:Eighty-one five-year clinical undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine who practiced in the Department of Dermatology of our hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into three groups,27 in each of the observation group,the PBL teaching group,and the traditional teaching group B.The observation group implemented the We Chat platform combined with the PBL teaching model implemented the PBL teaching model,and implemented the traditional teaching model.The teaching effect is evaluated through theory,practice assessment and questionnaire.Results:The comprehensive evaluation of We Chat platform combined with PBL teaching model theory course test scores,clinical practice ability assessment and survey questionnaires were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The We Chat platform combined with the PBL teaching model has significantly improved the professional theoretical knowledge and perceptual awareness of common dermatology diseases of medical interns,and strengthened clinical thinking.
