Application Effect of Risk Management in Nursing Management of Emergency Department

Objective To analyze the effect of risk management and its impact on nursing quality and adverse events in nursing management in emergency department.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,88 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different management methods.44 patients in the control group were routinely managed and 44 in the experimental group The patients implemented risk management and compared the quality of care scores and adverse event rates between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of basic nursing and nursing documents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse events in the control group was 18.18%,which was higher than 2.27%in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of risk management in emergency department nursing management has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the quality of nursing,and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events.
