Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing on children with pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to August 2019,50 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,25 in the observation group and 25 in the control group.On the basis of the principle of control variables,high-quality nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were given to the children in the observation group and the control group respectively.The total effective rate of treatment and the time of symptom relief were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of lung rale,cough and body temperature in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05);96.00%was the total effective rate in the observation group,68.00%was the total effective rate in the control group.From the data,we can see that the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,highquality nursing can significantly improve the total effective rate of the treatment of children with pneumonia.It has a significant effect on relieving the clinical symptoms of children.
