加味桔梗杏仁煎治疗肺气郁闭型新型冠状病毒疑似病例疗效观察

目的:回顾性分析加味桔梗杏仁煎对肺气郁闭型新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例的肺部病变的临床疗效.方法:采集2020年1月28日—2020年2月28日本院收治的34例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎辨证为肺气郁闭的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各17例.对照组采用常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服加味桔梗杏仁煎中药颗粒剂,1剂/d,分2次服.两组疗程均为14d.统计比较两组患者临床症状、胸部CT、血常规及肝肾功能情况.结果:治疗后,舌苔好转情况观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胸部CT 14 d肺病灶吸收率观察组为70.6％,对照组为41.5％,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组血常规、肝肾功能均无明显异常.结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加用中药加味桔梗杏仁煎颗粒剂治疗病毒性肺炎,可促进肺部炎症的吸收,缩短病程,无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广.

Clinical Observation on Modified Jiegeng Xingren Decoction in Treating New Coronavirus Pneumonia Suspected Cases Type of Lung Qi Stagnation

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Jiegeng Xingren Decoction on Novel coronavirus pneumonia suspeted petients type of Lung qi stagnation in TCM.Methods:34 novel coronavirus pneumonia lsuspeted petients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group from January 28,2020 to February 28,2020,17 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Jiegengxingren Decoction on the basis of same western medicines.The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days.The treatment outcomes including clinical symptoms,chest CT,blood routine and liver and kidney function of the two groups were collected.Results:the recoveries of clinical symptoms between the two groups were the same excepting the tongue coating.The pneumonia absorption rate in the treatment group was 70.6%on the 14 th day of chest CT,and that in the control group was 41.5%,which is significantly different(P<0.05).There was no obvious abnormality in blood routine test,liver and kidney function in the two groups.Conclusion:The modified Jiegeng Xingren-Decoction is effective to treat such viral pneumonia,which can promote the absorption ofinflammation in the lungs,shorten the course of disease,and have no obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
