| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the changes of inflammatory cytokines in acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its correlation with pulmonary function.Methods The levels of inflammatory cytokines were measured in 62 patients from March 2019 to March 2020,and the correlation between the levels of inflammatory cytokines and pulmonary function was analyzed.Results The indexes of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin 62 patients increased with the increase of comprehensive evaluation and grading(P<0.05);the indexes of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients with acute exacerbation were significantly higher than those in patients with remission(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of COPD patients with acute exacerbation,which can directly respond to the lung function and the degree of disease. |
