精细化护理干预对肾穿刺活检患者术后舒适度和并发症的影响

目的分析精细化护理干预对肾穿刺活检患者术后舒适度和并发症的影响。方法将180例肾穿刺活检患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行精细化护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后24、48 h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS、SDS和PSQI评分均低于对照组,GCQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预应用于肾穿刺活检患者中,能有效减轻患者的术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,缓解患者的负性心理情绪,改善其睡眠质量,提高术后舒适度和护理满意度。

Effect of meticulous nursing intervention on postoperative comfort and complications of renal aspiration biopsy patients

Objective To analyze the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on postoperative comfort and complications of renal aspiration biopsy patients.Methods A total of 180 patients undergoing renal aspiration biopsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the GCQ score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention applied to patients undergoing renal aspiration biopsy can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate the negative psychological emotions of patients,improve their sleep quality,and increase the postoperative comfort and nursing satisfaction.
