Effects of individualized nursing on improving clinical symptoms,self-management efficacy and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To explore the effects of individualized nursing on improving clinical symptoms,self-management efficacy and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 130 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted in our hospital were randomly selected by double-blind method,and the patients were divided into observation group(65 cases,individualized nursing)and control group(65 cases,routine nursing)according to the nursing mode.The nursing effect,clinical symptoms,self-management efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of heartburn,reflux,acid reflux,belching and retrosternal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of ESCA,HPLP-Ⅱand nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing applied in gastroesophageal reflux disease has a significant effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms,selfmanagement efficacy,quality of life level and nursing satisfaction of patients.
