Application Value of Third-generation Dual-source CT in CTA Examination of Arrhythmia Coronary Artery

Objective To explore the application of third-generation dualsource CT in coronary angiography(CT angiography,CTA)scanning in patients with arrhythmia.Methods 96 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group for CTA scan,48 cases each.The control group was given the first-generation dual-source CT ascending conventional CT technique for examination,and the observation group was given the thirdgeneration dual-source CT ascending low tube voltage and low-dose iodine contrast agent for examination.Compare the subjective evaluation indexes(CT value,signal-to-noise ratio)of the two groups,observe and record the radiation dose and image quality.Results The objective evaluation of the image quality was completed between the two groups,the CT value of the aortic root,the noise(SD)and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of the control group were not significantly higher than the observation group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The DLP and ED values were statistically different(P<0.05),the subjective evaluation of the image quality of the two groups showed that the observation group scores(right coronary artery,left coronary artery trunk,left circumflex branch,left anterior descending branch)were significantly better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion When performing CTA examination in patients with arrhythmia,the third-generation dual-source CT has high image quality,low radiation dose,and higher safety.
