羟苯磺酸钙联合康柏西普治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的临床效果

目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙联合康柏西普治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年12月收治的100例(100眼)DME患者作为研究对象,根据随机表和编盲方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例(50眼)。对照组行玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合安慰剂治疗,观察组行玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。比较两组患者不同时间点的BCVA、CMT,记录并发症发生情况。结果治疗2、3个月后,两组的BCVA较治疗前均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、3个月后,两组的CMT较治疗前减小,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重并发症。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合康柏西普治疗DME较康柏西普单一治疗效果更好,能够降低CMT及改善患者的视力水平。

Clinical effect of calcium dobesilate combined with conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate combined with conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods A total of 100 patients(100 eyes)with DME admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random table and blind method,with 50 patients(50 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with placebo,while the observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with calcium dobesilate capsules.BCVA and CMT were compared between the two groups at different time points,and the incidences of complications were recorded.Results After 2 and 3 months of treatment,the BCVA of the two groups were higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 2 and 3 months of treatment,CMT of the two groups were less than that before treatment,and those of the observation group were smaller than the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion Compared with conbercept alone,calcium dobesilate combined with conbercept has better effect on DME,which can reduce CMT and improve the visual acuity of patients.
