奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的 :观察奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法 :将 6 5例患者随机分为观察组 (34例 )和对照组(31例 ) ,观察组 :奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,晨服 1次 ,莫沙必利每次 5mg ,每日 3次于餐前半小时口服 ;对照组 :单用奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,晨服 1次。两组治疗 4周后均行内镜复查。结果 :观察组临床有效率 94 .1 2 % ,内镜下有效率 88.2 4 % ;对照组临床有效率70 97% ,内镜下有效率 6 1 .2 9% ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎比单独服用奥美拉唑具有更好的疗效。

The study of efficacy on reflux esophagitis of multitherapy with omeprazole and mosapride

Objective: observe the efficacy of multitherapy of omeprazole with mosapride on reflux esophagitis. Methods: 65 patients are randomly divided into study group (35 volunteers) and control group (31 volunteers). Two groups are treated with different therapies, for the study group, omeprazole 20 mg per day A. M., combined with mosapride 5 mg t.i.d. 30 minutes a.c.; while for the control group, monotherapy with omeprazole omeprazole 20 mg per day A. M.. Both the groups were arranged for endoscope examination. Results: the clinic effective rate of the study group was 94.12% with the effective rate under endoscope of 88.24%; while the clinic effective rate of the control group was 70.79% with the effective rate under endoscope of 61.29%. The difference of the efficacy between the two groups are significant statistically ( P <0.05). Conclusions: The efficacy of multitherapy of omeprazole with mosapride on reflux esophagitis was better than that of monotherapy of omeprazole.
