| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髋关节结核的CT、MRI表现及其临床应用意义。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的31例髋关节结核的CT、MRI影像资料。结栗髋关节结核的主要CT、MRI表现为：（1）病灶多为单发；（2）骨性关节面破坏，可有硬化边；（3）关节周围软组织肿胀、脓肿及钙化；（4）关节间隙变宽或变窄，关节腔积液；（5）关节邻近骨质疏松；（6）关节脱臼等。MRI对病灶及范围显示更佳，病灶一般T1WI为等低信号，T2WI为等高信号，压脂为高信号，增强见强化。结论髋关节结核cT表现结合临床一般能够诊断，MRI对术前显示病变范围必不可少。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of tuberculosis of hip joint. Methods Imaging data of 31 cases with tuberculosis of hip joint confirmed by pathology and surgery were analyzed retrospectively.
