| Abstract: | We describe a patient with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension who presented to the pediatric cardiac catheterization laboratory for peripheral pulmonary artery recanalization and angioplasty. This case report outlines serial pulmonary arterial rehabilitation via a retrograde approach through intrapulmonary collateral arterial connections. |
