大孔吸附树脂分离纯化肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷工艺研究

作者单位:1.目的 筛选富集肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷的最佳树脂和工艺条件,使分离纯化工艺达到最优化。方法 选择7种大孔吸附树脂(AB-8、DM301、DM130、D1400、DA-201、HPD-100、D-101-I),通过树脂对苯乙醇苷的静态吸附和解析能力,筛选出最佳树脂,再通过树脂的静态特性和动态特性的筛选优化工艺。结果 DA-201的吸附解析最佳条件为:上样流速为1.5 mL·min-1,洗脱剂为90%的乙醇。按最佳工艺苯乙醇苷的纯度由25.1%上升为51.2%。结论 该法简便、可行,为肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷的纯化提供了参考。

METHODS Seven types of macroporous adsorption resin were evaluated for separating efficiency by measuring the adsorption ratio, eluting ratio of phenylethanoid glycosides. RESULTS The optimal technologies of DA-201 macroprous dosorption resin were as follows: the simple flow was 1.5 mL·min-1 , the column was washed by 95% ethanol. After enrichment and purification, the product purity of phenylethanoid glycosides was up to 51.2%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, feasible and can provide useful reference for the isolation and purification of phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanche tubulosa.
