心内科聘用护士临床培训方法探讨

摘    要:
为了适应军队体制调整以及新的医学模式的要求,确保各项护理工作的完成,对聘用护士的使用和培训已成为护理继续教育的重要课题,抓好聘用关,带教老师严格把关,护士长综合考评,对聘用护士分阶段、分层次培训,达到熟练运用护理程序、实施整体护理和重症护理,熟悉介入治疗的新进展,从而进一步完善专科护士培训,通过培训有效提高护理质量,保证护、教、研工作的正常进行。

Abstract:
In order to adapt to the demands of military hospital system reform and the new medical mode,and guarantee the accomplishment of nursing works,it has been an important item in nursing continuing education to provide training for the new employed nurses.This article introduced the experience in providing training for new employed nurses,such as controlling the quality of employment,providing training step-by-step in different levels for the new employed nurses with the supervision of clinical teachers and the comprehensive examination by head nurses,to ensure them to skillfully apply nursing process,implement holistic nursing and intensive care,master the new development of intervening therapy.This practice improved the quality of nursing effectively and ensured the running of nursing practice,clinical teaching and clinical research in the hospital.Author's address:Department of Cardiovascular Diseases,Bethune International Peace Hospital of PLA,Shijiazhuang 050082,China
