运气学说的临床应用研究分析

目的：运用腹针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎，观察其即刻镇痛的疗效。方法对30例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行腹针治疗，1个疗程10次，每次均于治疗前和治疗后利用可视化视觉模拟评分法（VAS）进行疼痛评估。结果治疗后与治疗前相比，膝骨性关节炎的疼痛呈明显下降趋势（P＜0.001）。每次治疗前后相比， VAS评分有显著性差异（P＜0.001）。所有治疗前比较，评分也具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹针对膝关节骨性关节炎具有显著的止痛效果，并且具有即刻镇痛效果。治疗次数与疗效呈正相关。

Immediate analgesic effect of abdominal acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the immediate analgesic effect of abdominal acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis. Methods The patients with knee osteoarthritis （n=30） were given abdominal acupuncture for one course of treatment （including 10 times of acupuncture）. Pain assessment was made by using visual analogue scale （VAS） before and after treatment. Results The pain of knee osteoarthritis showed a significant downtrend after treatment compared with that before treatment （P＆lt;0.001）. There was significant difference in VAS scores before and after treatment （P＆lt;0.001） at each time. The scores compared at all times of treatment showed significant differences （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture has a significant, instant analgesic effect on knee osteoarthritis. The times of treatment are positively correlated to the curative effect.
