黛力新对伴有躯体疼痛的抑郁症患者痛觉诱发电位P250影响的对照研究

摘    要:
目的探讨黛力新对伴有躯体疼痛的抑郁症患者痛觉诱发电位P250的影响。方法接受米氮平治疗(30~45mg/d)的、伴有躯体疼痛症状的抑郁症患者,随机分组后分别加用黛力新(黛力新组,n=25)和不加用黛力新(对照组,n=25)治疗,于治疗前、治疗后4周测定电刺激痛觉诱发电位P250的潜伏期、波幅,并进行对照研究。结果 1两组治疗后P250波幅均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(t=4.139,2.250;P=0.000,0.034);P250潜伏期则均与治疗前无显著差异(P0.05);2黛力新组治疗后P250波幅的下降率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.328,P=0.024)。结论黛力新可下调伴有躯体疼痛的抑郁症患者痛觉诱发电位P250的波幅,提示黛力新对其痛觉敏感性有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of deanxit on electrical pain -related evoked potentials P 250 in depressed patients with pain symptom of body .Methods Inpatients with somatic pain receiving mirtazapin (30-45mg/d) treatment were randomly divided into two groups,with deanxit(deanxitgroup,n=25) or without deanxit(control group,n=25), measured by pain-related evoked potentials before and after 4 weeks treatment .Results The amplitude of P250 was significantly reduced after treatment in deanxit group ( t=4.139,P=0.000)and control group (t=2.250,P=0.034).The P250 latency was not significantly changed in both two groups (both P〉0.05).The averaged delta ratio of P250 amplitudes was significantly higher in deanxit group compared with control group (t=2.328, P=0.024).Conclusion Deanxit should have effects on down -regulating P250 amplitude in depression with pain symptom of body , which suggests the improvement of pain sensitivity .
