抗抑郁治疗对颅骨骨折后抑郁的患者疗效及生活质量的影响

目的观察抗抑郁治疗对骨折后抑郁患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将颅骨骨折后抑郁的患者122例随机分为米氮平治疗组(60例)和对照组(62例),于治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和神经功能缺损量表(CSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评定。结果①治疗前两组的HAMD评分比较无显著性差异,治疗后的2、4、8周治疗组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(t=4.3,5.34,4.64;P0.01);②治疗前两组的CSS评分比较无显著性差异。治疗后的第6、8周评分较治疗组与对照组比较均明显降低(t=5.51,8.71,P0.001);③治疗前两组的ADL评分无显著性差异(t=0.74,P0.05),治疗后的第6、8周治疗组ADL评分明显高于对照组(t=20.83,12.88;P0.001)。结论抗抑郁剂治疗有利于颅骨骨折后抑郁患者神经功能康复,提高生活能力,减少并发症。

Influence of Antidepressant Treatment on Depression and Quality of Life of Patients with Depression after Skull Fracture

Objective To observe the influence of antidepressant treatment on depression and quality of life in patients with depres -sion after fracture.Methods 122 patients with depression after skull fracture were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases）and control group（62 cases）,measured by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,Chinese Stroke Scale（CSS）,activity of daily living scale （ ADL） before and after the treatment .Results ①HAMD score was not significantly different between the two groups before the treat-ment.After 2,4,8 weeks of treatment,HAMD score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （t=4.3, 5.34,4.64;P〈0.01）.②There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in CSS .6,8 weeks after treatment, the CSS scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （t=5.51,8.71;P〈0.001）.③There was no sig-nificant differences between the two groups in ADL before treatment .6,8 weeks after treatment,ADL score was significantly higher in treatment group than in the control group （t=20.83,12.88;P〈0.001）.Conclusion The antidepressant treatment is beneficial to the recovery of neurological function in skull fracture patients with depression ,with improved life and reduced complications .
